Why do I get the message "Error: incorrect login"
when attempting to file Quebec returns over the Internet?
In order to file Quebec returns over the Internet, your
browser (preferably Internet Explorer 5.5 or higher) must use 128-bit encryption.
To verify the encryption level, proceed as follows:
- Open Internet Explorer
- Click Help
- Select About Internet Explorer
- In the window being displayed, locate the words Cipher Strength
- If this does not indicate "128-bit", click the
Update information link next to it and follow the instructions to
download the "Microsoft Internet Explorer High Encryption Pack with
128-bit security".
